Jeramie has great attention to detail. His quote was thorough. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. We agreed on a price that was within my budget and he completed the work. His workmanship was to a very high standard and he took the time to explain what he had done to fix my old roof. He showed me plenty of photos to pinpoint exactly where the issues were and how he fixed them. I asked him to repair the roof of my investment property as well. He was there a couple of days later and provided the same level of service. He went beyond the scope of works I had initially intended, as he rightly pointed out the front gable end needed full re pointing not just patching Jeramie came back at no extra charge to complete the work and expressed how only the highest standard was acceptable for his customers.
